Bodhi wins quarterly good catch, helping prevent workplace accidents

Klimatec now rewards its employees on a quarterly basis for their help in spotting potential risks/hazards in the workplace through a new scheme that started this year.

Apprentice Bodhi Watts, who has been working for Klimatec for several years, was this quarter’s winner with the most recorded good catches. A good catch means that an employee has identified potential risks/hazards in the Klimatec offices, or at a customer’s premises, and with early detection the risk/hazard has been mitigated and any potential accidents prevented. Bodhi received a brand new socket set and tool bag.

Klimatec is continually encouraging its employees to help prevent accidents in the workplace and the good catch system not only helps the company achieve this, but also incentivises employees to help play their part by raising any issues that they may come across.
