Klimatec currently employs five apprentices, ranging in age and experience, but all fully committed to learning on the job to become fully qualified engineers.

National Apprenticeship Week was held on 9-15 February 2026 and Klimatec celebrated its five members of the team who are currently studying hard and working in roles that helps support their continued growth and learning.

Shaun Treharne is one of our apprentices and was recently training on-site with Supervisor Glen McManus. Shaun is also joined in the team by Daniel Lake, Freddie Burke, Jay Labram and Luke Atkinson, all of whom are studying NVQs in Air Conditioning.
