Jeff reports 13 good catches last quarter

Senior Engineer Jeff has once again reported the most good catches in the last quarter, receiving a new tool bag.

Jeff successfully logged 13 catches in total, the most for the quarter & received £250 to spend towards new tools & equipment. This amount is available to any employee who reports the most in any given quarter, with Jeff taking home the proverbial champions trophy a number of times.

Common good catches include slippery bird faeces on rooftop gantries and around chillers, access issues to air handling units on a site, making working unsafe for those trying to reach electrical panels, trip hazards on roof accessways and live electrical terminals had been left open to the elements.

The good catch scheme was first introduced several years ago & is designed to incentivise good catch reporting & informing employees on the common reported hazards in the workplace, both out on site & in the office environment.
