Klimatec treated its employees to free coffee on Monday 29 September 2025 to celebrate National Coffee Day and raise money for cancer charity Macmillan.

All employees were allowed to expense one drink, with the most elaborate order winning a week’s worth of free coffee paid for by the company. Klimatec also agreed to triple the total expense value and donate that sum to Macmillan, who held it’s own annual nationwide coffee morning efforts on Friday 26 September 2025 alongside plenty of bake sales.

The free coffee was part of the Klimatec Cares program, an internal support scheme that covers a variety of topics throughout the year, from suicide prevention awareness to mental health and wellbeing support. At times, the program also rewards staff for their hard work.
