Klimatec supports Warwick District Foodbank to help struggling families

Klimatec donated over £250 worth of food & provisions to help struggling families during prolonged heatwave.

Klimatec employees raised funds by participating in National Tea Day back in April, with the company agreeing to match any and all expensed claims for a hot beverage so that total could then be spent on necessary food items & provisions for families in the local Warwickshire area.

Klimatec values people’s wellbeing and enjoys spreading kindness to others who are in need.

The team, based out of Klimatec’s head office in Warwick, purchased items that were noted as being low in stock, including washing up liquid, tinned vegetables, ketchup and mayonnaise, rice pudding, toothpaste & deodorants. By building reserves of these products, the team helped ensure struggling families and individuals could access vital provisions, especially during the intense summer heat.

Lynn Aston, Operations Co-ordinator for Warwick District Foodbank said,Thank you once again to Klimatec for their support. It really will make a difference to those living in food poverty.
