Klimatec employees all receive an annual complimentary health assessment from qualified practitioners.
Annual assessments include blood pressure, hearing, cholesterol level & hand-arm-vibration checks.
-
Yes, all Klimatec employees must attend an annual health assessment, or arrange for the assessment to take place at their nearest office. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure that all employees are fit & healthy to carry out their duties.
-
The mandatory assessment checks general employee health including blood pressure, hearing & skin & is also dependent on the employee’s primary role (i.e engineer vs admin) & responsibilities in the workplace.
-
Employees can opt to upgrade their mandatory health assessment, usually mid-year (June or July) once they have been notified via email. They can also discuss options with Amy.
-
There are normally three Bupa levels available to choose from; Be.Motivated, Be.Ready & Be.Reassured. Employees can review the offering of each assessment level via the Bupa website here. Alternatively download the matrix here.
Employees can only choose one option per year & if they do upgrade to a Bupa appointment they do not get the basic health assessment.
Klimatec employees will all receive a complimentary health assessment annually. This assessment typically covers blood pressure, hearing, cholesterol & hand-arm-vibration checks. Employees then have the option to upgrade their annual assessment to a private Bupa consultation.
If they choose to upgrade, there is usually three levels to choose from, depending on how detailed the employee wishes the assessment to be. The private Bupa consultation includes a 60-minute medical assessment which checks height, weight, bloods, cholesterol, blood pressure, physical movement & hearing. This is then followed by a further 60-minute appointment with a doctor who will review & discuss the assessment results.
If an employee chooses to upgrade to a Bupa consultation this would also include access to a 24/7 helpline with a qualified nurse, access to online mental wellbeing support & access to the official My Bupa app for smartphones.
